So far, so good. Very professional and caring people I have talked with. The only regret I have is the damage to my credit rating. I was a strong *******, but not with this process. But all will be good again when this process is completed.
They have made it ok to breathe again. Everyone we have ever talked to have been happy, helpful and even when we think we are asking a stupid question they never make us feel that it is. This has been the smartest thing we have ever done.
I had alot of credit card debt. National Debt Relief has negotiated them down one by one. It is important to keep up with payments to the dedicated savings account that NDR set up for me, but compared to the very high monthly payments to card companies, coupled with their high interest rates, it's a relief. By the time I learn that an a agreement has been struck with a company, there is usually already enough money in my account to pay it. I feel more hopeful than I have in a long time.
