Easy sign up and great pep talk, then 4 months of crickets. I received a collection letter and emailed NDR and uploaded the document. I thought I was supposed to receive a reply within 48 hours but still haven't received a response. Obviously I was excited about hearing that one of my debts was settled but I still have a terrible feeling in my stomach.

Due to COVID I’ve gotten myself into some debt, I was at work and overheard a coworker talking about how she got out of debt, I didn’t ask her whom she went through so I just decided to do some research on my own.
