It's too early in the process to give a complete rating of Turbo Debt Relief/National Debt Relief service. However, they are very good with explaining how you will help you pay down your debt and get financial relief with having extra money to save over the years. Although your credit score will take a huge hit, the start over process is worth it rather than paying all this interest to the Corporations and spending years to pay off your debt. When first started with *** they assured ,supported and made sure to give you all the information you wanted and needed to hear from a company that is SUPPOSE TO HELP AND GUIDE YOU THROUGH DEBT RELEIF !I had to contact them on multiple occasions about deposits and then check to make sure they posted it in multiple cases they has not done so which entails continued fees. No one was there to guide me through the steps of making the deposits and then having to call back to have them post it to the creditors. I do not work for t... read more

i have paid *** $***** and they have barely made any payments to creditors. they pay their fees first and leave the creditors to harass you. that is why they sign you up w/ lawyers, to cover their actions when the creditors come after you. their fee range from 20 to 30 % of the debt you file. they are not a consumer credit counseling service. they are a business using you to make money. I signed up for a program with NDR August 12. The next day I reviewed my finances in more detail and I realized I cannot afford it. I have spoken to FIVE people now and they still won't cancel the agreement. I also emailed the debt specialist ***** 3 times with a request to cancel my application but to no avail. I don't want to talk to people trying to convince me to stay in a plan I cannot afford. Please cancel the agreement. I will be contacting my back to block NDR from taking money out of my account. Thank you.

Over a year and all was good. The today out of nowhere they claim that ill need to pay an additional 526 a month on top of the 701 - 1227 a month now for 2. Years! I literally broke down and cried. A grown man. I dont see how this is possible??? Help

Is been 6 month and already closed 2 accounts and 3 on the works, definitely will keep you on track of your financial situation.Ill definitely recommend it.

This company doesn't deserve the one-star I HAD to give for my review to post. My wife and I signed up with them and they took advantage of us, as I'm sure they've done to countless others. They have increased our monthly payment to (now) $1400, equal to my monthly salary. They don't communicate with the credit card companies because we're getting sued for on-payment. This people lied to me from the beginning, They told me they will reduce my debt from $43000.00 to about $30000.00 9including their fees). I was enrolled in a program paying $300 every two weeks for 50 month, which sounded very good. I asked many times if my payments would change later in the program which the ensured me this amount would not change. Well about 3 months into the program they increased the amount to $350 every 2 weeks and later on increased again to $370. Now I will end up paying around $430000 or provably mo... read more

This is just a huge scam. Don't do it. You will pay the exact same amount in the end after all the fees, plus they ******* you with phone calls and demands just like creditors do. They also don't just "take care of it all", you have to do a lot of legwork. I am so dissatisfied, and horribly disappointed in this service it makes me sick. If I could give it less than one star I would. Just keep paying your creditors, or make a deal with them.
