Excellent customer service from the Danny the representative that answered the phone and did my intake and then transferred me to Oscar the specialist who was very courteous and patient with me as I asked a "million questions" and signed me up with my tailor fit program. If I had known about your services before, I would be in a much better financial position. You have given me an opportunity to pay my creditors and start saving for my retirement home. I am pleased to say that NDR was a big help to me to handle my overwhelming credit card debt. I was able to have cash available for the payments and I am happy that my debts are 99% clear.The only thing that was a surprise, was the debt forgiveness was taxable. I didn't count on that but I handled it. I will be working on establishing my credit and increasing my savings accounts.
