I was petrified to make the phone call to NDR. Being in debt was a hard pill to swallow and I felt isolated and embarrassed. ***** answered the phone and immediately made me feel at ease and explained all my options. I also didn't feel rushed and really enjoyed our conversation, which for someone that was so afraid to make the actual call, was simply amazing! ***** is so nice and will definitely help you!
I have just started so I can only comment on the initial phrase of becoming enrolled.This process for me thorough, explained exceptionally well, adequate time for questions, patience with repeating things I needed to understand better and my agent was kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. If my journey is as good as my onboarding I will be more than pleased!
