We were very happy with our initial conversation with Bernie. She was very professional and patient with us ask she walked us through each step of the approval process.
I have only been with them for two days, but they have taken a load off my mind. I can sleep well now at night. Mr J***** was great yeasterday, taking my information, working through it with me, coming up with a workable situation, and explaining well why two loans would not be able to go in the plan. When I made two follow up calls today, the people on the other side were very professional, but also personable.I would recommend them to anyone I know who would need their help.
