I signed up for assistance with National Debt Relief to resolve credit card debt in Nov 2024 and was told they would make life better and was told I had to make bi-monthly payments. I agreed as they made promises to help with resolving my situation in a short time. They told me they could resove my debts at a rate of 40-60% of actual credit debt. to date I have paid them $9870.00 and they have paid creditors $3614 and now wonder where the other $6256 has gone? if it went to fees then they never advised that their fees would ... read more

YOU WILL PAY MORE THEN YOUR IN DEBT FOR! THEY WILL LIE, MONTHLY PAYMENTS WILL GO UP, DEBT FREE DATE WITH EXTENDED. I enrolled with this program in September of 2023 after receiving a notice with an offer to resolve by debt for less then half of what I had owed at that time, of course this sounded great after feeling like I was drowning in debt and interest was impossible to keep up with. After discussing the details with them, of course the offer was too good to be true and the amount to pay off increase quite a bit but stil... read more

I was sued a total of 3 times under their program. We "graduated" their program to a bank loan, and then got sued by a credit card that says they never got paid anything. National Debt Relief has tried to distance themselves from the problem, although they sent me records of the payments sent on that card until it was paid off. After the 30 days to file a response, they are now saying they didn't pay that card, even though I am holding the papers showing each payment, and *********** is saying they never got anything. Instea... read more

This I guess pertains to those who were fortunate enough to get Blessed to pay the debt off way earlier than what I anticipated and definitely for National Debt because I made one maybe two payments then I get a financial gift to pay the total off back in November and this matters is yet to be completed. The only thing that is changing is my credit score and it's not for the best, let me tell ya!

So I signed up in June for their services and enrolled 4 debts, very quickly two of the debts reached settlement not for lump sum but for payment plans, unfortunately they represent themselves as not charging you anything until they get these settled what they dont tell you is by settlement they mean the second they make the first payment. Everything in your account will be drained for their fees leaving a measly amount left to make payments over a long period of time to your creditor. They will continue to drain your accoun... read more

Was looking at their website. Scheduled a call, then did more research and said no thanks, Im actually not interested. Since then, I have received 12 calls over the past 4 days, 8 different phone numbers used, so as I learned to block and report one number, they just use a different one. One number called 4 times in the first two days; one number used 2 times and then 6 other numbers used one time each. I told them Im not interested. Theyve emailed and called so much. Its ridiculous. Ive been called 2 times the first evening... read more

Before signing up for this hardship program, carefully review the contract and ask detailed questions. Important information is outlined in the agreement, including the 25% fee charged on all settlements approved, realistic timelines for settlement, the potential for legal action from creditors, the amount of funding required to resolve accounts, and whether required deposits may change over time. Its also important to understand that this is a debt settlement/consolidation program, not a credit repair service, and any credit... read more

Stay away, their pitch is too good to be true. If your experience is like mine your creditors will sue you within months of signing up.I am a chump. I enrolled a few creditors after already getting scammed by another company. They pitched it perfectly - we'll reach out to the creditors you enroll, set you on a payment plan, and after it's done your debt free.Plan on getting sued with a few months. They don't reach out to all the creditors you enroll. The amount they take from you is just a made up number they can throw back ... read more

Be careful of ***. The intake employee is amazing, very empathetic, very supportive, you feel cared for. It is a long call and it is a lot of information. I strongly recommend before you sign on to any agreement that you read very clearly their proposal and how their fees are paid as you make payments. They are not doing anything you can't do. Here is what happens. 1: You completely stop paying your creditors. 2: You start making deposits into an account with **** 3: Your accounts go into default after a few months and your c... read more
