NDR has always spoken to me courteously and not once caused me to question my decision to enter a relief solution to an impossible situation. Rather, NDR has addressed my quandry. When I received my first settlement offer, I called in to customer service because I had questions and the person I spoke to answered all of my questions and reassured me of my concerns. It was such a relief to know that I’m on right path
How quickly they operated and the professional; they do business
So far it has been a good experience. Everyone is very nice & knowledgeable when I call with questions. The only thing I don’t like is my credit took a really bad hit. I went from a 725 to barely 500. I know it was my choice because I needed assistance with some loans I had taken out I’m the past other than that it’s a great program.
