I am new and a few days from making my first deposit. The person who walked me through the program was great never rushing me through as the 15 minute calls turned into 90 minutes. Not complaining. Felt very comfortable. Received a call today and did not answer. Was going through all paper work and setting up account. I noticed a problem called and was immediately resolved. After my issue taken care of they went over what they needed to from my missed call. So far couldn’t ask for anything better
Things are going good so far. I have one settlement in the first two months.
