Alex has been fantastic. Endless patience, superior flexibility (my work day is volatile and hard to plan around). Great at explaining and re-explaining without obv frustration and in ways that is easy to understand. He's prob the sole reason I stuck with NDR (there are multiple seemingly equivalent options out there). Granted NDR's ratings and accolades are impressive. Alex was just the frosting on the cupcake. He is worth asking for, seeking out, to begin your NDR relationship, if I'm being honest.
Everything was fine and smooth, had no problems with the associate she provided all the information I needed, and I was versus were the results

Is the best decision that I ever made. It was so much easier that it could it be. David explained me everything step by step and was extremely excellent customer service training. He explained in an easier way that I could understand and he was very professional, respectful, knowledgeable.
