I think I had higher expectations then I should have going into this program. I was told it would be so easy and read so many reviews about how great it would be. So far it has just stressed me out. I have always paid my bills on time so not paying them was very hard for me and were in the point now where I should be getting settlements but so far I've only received one and I just keep getting threatening letters from my other card companies. I just joined the program 1 month ago and I've already gotten one settlement. I had a creditor call me and threaten me with an attorney so I set up a payment with them but I called NDR right after because the creditor stated they didn't work with NDR, etc. I spoke with Frank and he was extremely helpful and seemed to genuinely care about me situation. Truly outstanding. Was able to negotiate 2 balances in about 5 months. Saved 6k already.
I just started with NDR. I am hoping that this will help me out. We'll see what happens with this. Thank goodness I am don't have that much debt.
So far so good. I'm waiting for them to call me back to change my date of payment withdrawal. Will be glad when this is over in 47 months. Everyone I have dealt with, except for the first guy, have been very knowledgeable.
Very pleased with the customer service and friendly agents. Very professional and helped me with all my concerns and questions that I had about the program for the enrollment of my debt consolidation and how to manage my accounts with all the creditors.. I will recommend NDR to any of my friends and co-workers.
I admit to be a tad hesitant in working with NDR; however, the support I've received has been more than acceptable. From the initial phone call to completing the online application it has been a good experience. I look forward to resolving my issues with the assistance of NDR.
