I was trying to figure out how to stop this loop this self defective behavior when it came to my finances. Now that I had some health issues and need to stop work. Which impacted my income now on a fitted income and struggling to pay my bills. I answered a call that offered debit relief which sounded interesting and maybe the solution to my financial situation. I had a awesome young man that was able to get qualified of a hardship program that help me become debit free and increase and maintain a health credit scores
I just got enrolled in the program. Many thanx to **** **** for his instructive & informative approach to helping me get started. He is a great professional and has been able to handle all of the questions I had from the start.
Lashonda got me all set up with everything and made everything really easy to understand and walked me though the whole process and did a wonderful job. Joel is who i talked to the next day that talked me through the rest of the information on the law side and explained in a little more detail how the rest of the thing works. Both did great.
**** was very informative and patient with me. My case was confusing and took a while to get everything together. He took his time explaining the process and answered all my questions. He provided helpful advice and showed compassion about my situation. I am very excited to take this step.
I worked with Dale ***** and he is a wonderful person. So personable and easy to talk to and he made sure I understood everything. I highly recommend. This is not an easy position to be in or an easy decision to make so it helps to have good people helping.
Andrea was extremely helpful. She made sure that I understood every aspect of the program. I appreciated her patience and knowledge. I feel that I made the right decision in contacting NDR.
