The customer service is outstanding when have question or concern they are there to help,and are very kind answer all your questions and put you at ease. The people who do the negotiations do a outstanding job allso. Very happy I decided to take the chance and call them . From the person who helped decide to do this and every one who has worked for me has been kind and put me at ease and not feel like a failure for my financial problems.
So helpful and really does work! We were so nervous to try this put but after 5 months resolved our first debt! Cant wait to finish and be debt free! Thank you National debt relief!!

Wonderful customer service. All calls have stopped. Half of my debt has been settled. I can't believe some of these terrible reviews. Yes there are fees for the service but my settlements have been fantastic. The people on the phones are so nice and fully answer any questions I have. Never once have I felt pressure for more money. Thanks to NDR I will soon be debt free.
