They have great communication and customer service. Negative comments make me think that people aren't doing their part to stay on top of communications between them and their creditors. I have been paying off credit cards like crazy with NDR so I'm very happy with their service. I wouldn't be able to do it myself.
I thought this was a great company for me to work with. They were polite and really took the time to understand my situatition and gave me comfort knowing they were going to handle everything.
