At first this seemed like a good thing to get me out of debt. Since then, I am not so sure. I had over 500 in my account to pay my creditors. I had approved a settlement with said creditor through National Debt Relief. The amount agreed to was $154 for two months and one final payment of 300. The first payment was made on the 28th of March. When I checked the amount of money in my acccount it said *****. 500 minus 154 leaves approximately 300 and some dollars in my account. The lady on the telephone explained there were over... read more

I dont even know where to begin. .If you enjoy having peace of mind and some sanity, I suggest you stay away from this company. I had been paying off a little over $13k in debt for over a year before I decided to just pay the **** thing off in full. To my surprise, I couldnt see any past deposits to my account, only scheduled future ones (sketch). So I added up all the disclosed fees + owed amounts to creditors and came up with a number. Then I added up every withdrawal from my bank account and It equaled that number, to the... read more

This company claims it helps. It does not. They charge a lot of money to people who are already in debt to help settle the debt when you can make the call and do it exactly as they did. And then whatever amount they settled they still expect you to pay it to their company!! Please explain how that makes any sense. Although I cancelled by program over a year ago they are still forcing me to pay them every month for the letter they sent. They take advantage of people who are vulnerable and in debt. This is a scam. I wish more ... read more

Do not believe fabricated reviews that they have either created or influenced others to create before their "service" has been fully rendered.National Debt Relief is a fraudulent company. They provide terrible financial guidance and advice and put you in a much worse position then you would have been before signing up. They operate in a secrecy fraudulent manner where they will make your accounts go into delinquency, charge you 20% "negotiation fee" on top of each account that they "negotiate" on your behalf, and do barely a... read more

Certainly, here's the revised review with the additional information:"I had a terrible experience with National Debt Relief. Despite their promises to help me get out of debt, they failed to deliver any meaningful results. Not only did they charge exorbitant fees upfront, but their customer service was also extremely poor. They promised to settle the balances for three of my credit cards, but it's been over a year and I still haven't received the pay in full letter. Additionally, they conveniently failed to mention the high t... read more

I went in with ***** in debt with an estimated pay off date of 10/2026. I was extremely happy. Over the course of a year I deposited 7000 into the program by paying my weekly fees and adding additional funds. I was offered a loan due to my good history to help get me out of debt faster. I received the loan information and it has a $33000 pay off amount with an end date of 2029. So I spent 7000 to come out with more debt for longer. Ive always made higher payments on my initial debt so this was supposed to make things even be... read more

I have had so much relief since contacting National Debt Relief. I appreciate that this business is rated number one across consumer sites. I was nervous trying to chose how to handle my situation. The thought of taking a loan to consolidate seemed counterproductive. I am thankful that National Debt Relief's plan involves paying the debts I owe, but still saves me money each month. Thank you ************************* at National Debt Relief for your help!
