RecommendedWithin minutes of the system finished installing the rancid smell of H2S disappeared! I’ve worked 10yrs in the oilfield and to smell that coming through the pipes where my family sleep was a no go and I needed to do something! We had a pump and an impeller break on late Saturday afternoon 11/2/2019, on our nation pure water system. I called the 1800 number. we had a few issues getting them to respond, however, Sunday afternoon they called me back and set up an appointment for Monday around noon. The technician arrived around 1130, he had the problem diagnosed in 30 minutes and within two hours had my system back up and running.
