On time worked quickly
Anytime I have an issue,their service group contacts me in a very timely manner and helps me correct the problem over the phone. I always seem. I have a priority with them. Great company to work with.
I would like to give kudos to Jose for his work, efficiency, and going the extra mile during our last system maintenance check. Over the past years, we have had various techs perform maintenance on our system. Basically, they just changed out the two filters. Jose also changed the two filters, but then went further and checked out the rest of the system. We always use Nations Water Systems to service our Salt System. They make it easy to schedule and waste no time in making sure our system is running smoothly.
Tech was very professional and helpful. Answered our questions, and even put the shoe covers we gave him on his shoes before walking into our home!
Our tech, Luis, gave a pleasant, professional experience. Showed up on time, which I appreciate. Maintenance is a regular schedule event, and NationsPure stays on top of everything. Our system runs great!
