I was very impressed with Tucker, he did a great job and he was very professional. He called stating he was on his way and arrived at the scheduled appointment time. He’s well spoken and has a good understanding and knowledge about his profession. He suggested changing our schedule to see if we see and improvement regarding the amount of water spots on our dishes when hand washing and air drying, this has been an issue since we installed the system.
