Wow I called on a Friday at 2:06 June 10th and they placed me on hold until 2:30 closing time, call hung up second time me calling they never returned my call to schedule appointment
My appt was for 9:45, I didn’t see doctor till 10:45. Why don’t doctors listen to your heart, check ears Any more.
They don't know any medicine names . They always send me to other places that do not take my inc . Then when I call to tell them about it is like they don't know what I am talking about .
Horrible service! Ladies in the front are so rude! Give us attitude as soon as we asked a question.
Upon arrival it takes several rings for the person to answer my purpose of appointment. The receptionist speaks in a very, very loud voice making it possible for all patients in the waiting area to hear personal information
I've found this office to be incompetent and rude. Office staff insisted that I select a Navigation Medical Center doctor through my insurance portal in order to be seen -- after 90 mins of back and forth phone calls (b/w my insurance & and their office) it became clear that they were mistaken, but they refused to acknowledge that and that they had wasted my time. They take a long time to return calls and it take 2-4 hrs to just get seen by the doctor during our consultation and then they send their Nurse practitioner instead of seeing the doctor I made the appointment with. They don't answer the phone
Very unprofessional last appointment I was about to cry all they care is about money I was waiting for a long time to get my physical and I the end I was told that I have to reschedule when my appointment was for my physical and unfortunately every single time I come to this office I always have one problem I was trying to keep going because I tougut maybe was me having a rough day but is definitely not me this office is super unprofessional stop going to places like this.
