They take a long time to return calls and it take 2-4 hrs to just get seen by the doctor during our consultation and then they send their Nurse practitioner instead of seeing the doctor I made the appointment with. They don't answer the phone
Very unprofessional last appointment I was about to cry all they care is about money I was waiting for a long time to get my physical and I the end I was told that I have to reschedule when my appointment was for my physical and unfortunately every single time I come to this office I always have one problem I was trying to keep going because I tougut maybe was me having a rough day but is definitely not me this office is super unprofessional stop going to places like this.
Waited 1 hr and is very disappointed. Is we have our appointment that was scheduled the should not make me wait. Also in room dr takes a long time than what she see’s me,
I’m glad y’all take precautions during the pandemic. Didn’t like the Covid test since I had had one 2weeks ago snd was negative and also already have had my 2 doses of the vaccine. But I understand.
Phone service sucks I was on hold for 15 min and then they hanged up
After a month and half the reference people have not B able to find a Maxillary doctor, they just keep telling me tomorrow,, we are on but NO RESULTS OR RESPONSE
Did a blood work and got charged for it (understandable), when i went to pick up the results they wanted to charge me again 115$ to explain the results knowing that they are still getting paid by my insurance. Very bad place to do business ... very disappointed because they show you that they care about their patients but the doctor wont even consider talking to the patient with out you pay first.
When I was call to the waiting room I had to wait just 5-7 minutes. Doctor Moncayo seemed very knowladgeble.
I like coming to the clinic and I also like the way y'all explain things to me thank you so much
