Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

The crew that showed up did an excellent job. I like that they offer a regular automatic service so that I don't have to worry about scheduling it again. Only drawback is that the person who scheduled the appointment is a little more too 'salesy' for me.

The work crew showed up on a Saturday of a holiday weekend and got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The customer service guy after the work was a bit pushy in trying to get us to buy completely new gutters, but the price quote did seem reasonable.

Customer service may have oversold products to my gullible partner. There are not enough trees in my neighborhood to warrant cleaning 3 or 4 times a year. Also customer service was not able to effectively communicate the issues found during the cleaning. Was happy we were able to schedule the cleaning within days of reaching out.
