After another company failed to call or show for the appointment, I gave Ned Stevens a call. I was a little hesitant about calling a national company, thinking I'd never get a response. Within two hours they had called and emailed to follow-up with me. I was given a quote right on the phone, and they came out to clean my gutters just a couple of days later. Good price, very efficient and professional. They did a great job and had great communication the whole way. I'd definitely recommend them. They don't require that you be at home when they do the work - which is great if you're busy and can't really spend half a day waiting around for a service to show up. If there was anything to say at all, it'd just be that they require full payment in advance. I initially called after business hours and was pleasantly surprised to find they're always opened. Ned went over the pricing structure, pros & cons to gutter shields, and scheduled an appointment for me right away. The crew was at my house the very next day and took the debris with them. Fantastic work!
