Over time, those customers started to ask Ned if he could help out with some work around their homes. Ned noticed that more often than not, customers were asking to have their gutters cleaned… and Ned's Home was born!

You cannot schedule a day or approximate time for the service. You job st have to wait and see when they might have done the work.

They were able to provide an estimate without a separate appointment and came in relatively fast. However, they won't let you know when exactly they will come and did not notify people in the house that they arrived. There were no communications regarding the status of the gutter, what they saw and what they did. I have no way to assess the work other than them telling me the job is done. Maybe I am unrealistic in expecting some human touch in this.
