We’ve had work done with you before and it was good. This time the woman in the service department was angry, hateful, and really rude. Out of nowhere. She actually yelled at my husband for removing an inspection sticker off the window. This truck has never had an inspection sticker. It was purchased out of state. This is the second time that they have rotated our tires and forgot to calibrate them. It is very inconvenient to have to take it back for something that should have been taken care of.

appt for warranty work and Oil change. Back Hatch inner liner was lose and needed to be fixed so when you shut the back hatch the liner didn’t pop lose each time. Was called to advise vehicle was ready. When presented the bill it had labor for warranty work. Discussed that bumper to bumper warranty included labor and was told by one employee it did not and that they did not charge me for the part. Treat your customers with more respect and make things right with your faulty vehicles you're selling. Does Lemon Law in Virginia come to mind? I will never purchase another car or anything from any Nelson Dealership. Very nasty people. This Dealership has made money off my whole family over the years being me with my fourth and this isn't the first time I've had issues with Nelson.
I was displeased after observing my truck with black smudge on the door panel of the driver side door, inside of that mentioned door, on a towel in the driver's seat, and on the center of my seat. I purchased a tire that had blue coloring on the letters and near the letters as the tire should have been cleaned. Someone changed the music source from the computer system of the truck. It's not hard to actually act like you want to help someone. The absolute worst service I've ever gotten from Nelson. Definitely taking my business elsewhere from here on.
