Had a vehicle in for service, vehicle was there for over one month after a few weeks of diagnostics. I specifically said if it couldn't be fixed quickly I'd come get it and make an appointment to bring it back, that way i wasnt without a vehicle for a stretch of time waiting on someone to work on it .When the vehicle was finally "fixed" issue was still there. It's not acceptable in my opinion to have my vehicle for one month and two weeks and then the issue not be fixed after that.
My husband and I purchased a new Ford Bronco from Nelson Ford. I want to say it was a very pleasant experience. From beginning with Charles Gary, the customer service was great. He assisted us with the most professional, knowledgeable, and positive experience from beginning to end. Took my Chevy Colorado in for an oil change and tire rotation. It took 1 hour and 20 min to complete. Seemed a little long to me. The cost was $81.67 and that seems pretty darn high to me.

Car would not start and had your tow driver tow it home. Believe it is starter issue for he first tried to jump start it with power pack.
I had appointment for 0800 on 17 July 2024 and they didn't look at it until 19 July 2024. I text Ms. Morgan on 17 July 2024 @ 1347 to check on it and no return text so I called @ 1645 and talked to Ms.Melissa and she said she would have Ms.Morgan call me back no return call, I text 18 July 2024 @ 0909 and no return text I called again on 18 July @1630 and Ms. Morgan said they going to pull it in the morning and check it out.
