I called Nelson Ford Mazda because my car was overheating and they told me to have it towed over there. It was picked up July 7th on a Tuesday and called that Thursday to find what was wrong with my car. I was told that when you have your car towed it would take one to two weeks before it would get looked at. My car was there for 3 weeks, when I called to check on my car I was told that the technician was sick, working on other cars, and had gotten behind. Repair was great. But the wait of 2 plus months hurt
The work actually done on my car for the recalls was fine…I assume. I’m not a mechanic by any means. However, when I dropped my car off, it had a quarter tank of gas and there was nothing wrong at all with my battery. When I picked it up, I needed a jump because my battery was completely dead and I had 12 miles in my car until empty. The line that measures my guess was in the red.
