I had a problem as I was traveling from North Carolina to Roanoke, Va. I called Nelson Honda. I thought they might take advantage of me since I was out of town and they did the exact opposite! The service advisor Beth took great care of me. She could not have been more pleasant and efficient I was offered water and beverages in a very clean customer lounge. Each of the personnel I spoke with was very cordial and helpful and it was nice to have a cool pleasant waiting room while my car was being serviced.
