I thought the staff was skillful, professional, and welcoming. I was annoyed when the stock guy told the sales lady that the spare key was 200 bucks plus ten dollars for something or other and she turned to me and said $ 310.00. Not 210, BUT THREE ten. I really didnt understand that upcharge at all. I was glad they took care of the free recall fix but I got an oil change and rear brakes while I was there. The service intake persons were courteous, good natured and friendly. The truck scheduled maintenance service and the recall fix were completed more quickly than I expected. The experience was quite pleasant.
The work was done as expected and I am very satisfied.

Overall the Nelson Honda experience was decent. My salesman, Larry, addressed all my concerns. He really had the Ridgeline I purchases looking very sharp when I went to test drive it. I'd have no issue dealing with Nelson in the future.
