Michelle in the service department was very friendly and efficient beginning with our call to make an appointment, then when we arrived and ending when we picked up our vehicle. A technician serviced the vehicle and reset a sensor. We are pleased. Thank you!

Oil change find tire rotate fine but I thought I was also to get a car wash with oil change but didn't maybe I was wrong.other than that all was ok.
Both ladies in the Service Dept are always so friendly & helpful. They keep you informed on the progress of the service.

The buying experience at Nelson Honda was absolutely excellent. Sales staff there are friendly and outstanding at taking you through making a major purchasing event. You get a very professionally done buying episode. Very personal attention is given to each customer as they guide you through the process. An added plus is the superior service department there that I have used for years.
