The guy that checked me in was very nice and told me that they would update me on how it was going for my appointment. I asked him if they could wash my windshield that they didn't need to wash the car because it was going to rain later today. And they did. However, when they did the tire rotation (hopefully they rotated the tires) my tire pressure was low. 2 tires had 30 pounds of pressure and the other 2 had 29. Wasn't real happy.
