As always, overall it was a good experience. The wait time was a little ridiculous. I had a home run at 12:30. I got there at 12:30 and my vehicle was ready about 2:15. That's quite a long time for an oil change and a tire rotation. Last week I took my wife's car to Nelson Subaru and the exact same thing happened. I had an appointment and 2 hours later my car was ready. This seems to be a normal thing for Nelson now
