Everyone was extremely friendly and kept me aware of what was going on with my car. I hadn't planned on putting brakes on the back but was kept up to speed about what was going on.
This was a last minute Saturday morning service appointment and the attendant was most accommodating.
Our salesman was very professional and easy to work with. We did not have to spend a lot of time on the process (as we have when purchasing other new vehicles). We knew exactly what we wanted and he did not try and steer us in any other direction.
