Packing job was excellent - almost excessive - but that's not a bad thing in this process, just took a while to dig out of how well everything was packed. Highly recommended, not one thing was lost or broken.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. Everything went very smoothly!
Movers were GREAT. Packed items were done VERY WELL. Professionalism was PERFECT. The only reason I gave a 4 was because the mover forgot to unload 3 of my boxes. Two were later shipped while I was compensated for the third. They were tools and cleaning supplies which were needed before I could unpack anything in the new house.
Rick and his team were fantastic. We moved from Pennsylvania to Illinois 2 weeks before Christmas and I couldn't be more happy with how everything went. From the moment we shook hands I knew we were with a good team. I walked them through my house and explained what/where everything was, they were very attentive and cared about our things as much as we did. They packed and moved everything with high quality and care. When we arrived in Illinois all the boxes were carefully labeled...I knew where everything was located. ... read more
