Movers were GREAT. Packed items were done VERY WELL. Professionalism was PERFECT. The only reason I gave a 4 was because the mover forgot to unload 3 of my boxes. Two were later shipped while I was compensated for the third. They were tools and cleaning supplies which were needed before I could unpack anything in the new house.
Rick and his team were fantastic. We moved from Pennsylvania to Illinois 2 weeks before Christmas and I couldn't be more happy with how everything went. From the moment we shook hands I knew we were with a good team. I walked them through my house and explained what/where everything was, they were very attentive and cared about our things as much as we did. Nelson Westerberg far exceeded our expectations. They quoted a great price and came in under the amount they quoted. We had a short-notice out of state move from southern California to Idaho Falls and they performed flawlessly.
