Everything was pretty good. I had a few items delivered damaged, but a repair service was sent to assess and repair the damages. My case representative Rachel was amazing and made sure I was satisfied and taken care of. Would highly recommend.
Since the movers had to make two stops - (one stop to a storage facility and the other to my apartment)I thought the move went very well. I tried to have most everything in order when the movers arrived and I think this helped to expedite the move.
