Painless, communicative, and professional moving experience from initial discussions to pickup to unloading in my new apartment halfway across the country. Especially grateful for the support given how chaotic this past year has been (had to reschedule my move date least three times throughout the pandemic). It was nice experience with the entire crew from administrators to the one who helped to pack and deliver the things .
The movers that packed up my old residence were very prompt and did a great job. The driver had my belongings delivered the next day after the truck was loaded. The move in went OK, some wall damage that I attributed to the cost of moving big furniture into tight quarters. I had to connect my own washer and dryer after technician had something come up. Went to connect dryer and realized movers had destroyed hose by placing dryer on top of it when they moved it in. All in all the move out was great but the move in could have ... read more
