Janet was always easy to get in touch with, but the delivery company did not call until about a week after they received shipment, 3 days before delivery, and were not very flexible on delivery.

I recently used them for a move to Chicago, IL and they could not have been more professional to work with for our move. The packers were on time, hard working and courteous. Our driver was the same. Our salesman, Victor was responsive and forthcoming with information. Our coordinator, Eva was professional and responsive. She followed up after our items were delivered to verify how everything went and inquired if there was any damage. Some issues with the setup and administration, but the great moving crews on both ends made up for the issues in the beginning. Ray worked with us on the front side to adjust to some scheduling errors and Adam led the unloading at delivery. I would definitely recommend.

Interstate move: Our experience was great, beginning with Rex Blakely the field rep who came out to our house and provided a very detailed estimate for the pack and move. He was very responsive to emails and calls and even stopped by for a visit while the packing was in progress, to ensure everything was going smoothly.
