Sandy is the best Customer Support representative you can get for relocation. She did the great job from picking the right team so that end result was good. Also she set the right expectation and was flexible to small adjustments. The Driver for moving the household items was again fantastic, he picked handful of right team who did great job. I received the items in good shape.

Overall it was an above average moving experience, however, it took weeks to get a move date. My belongings had to be out of storage by 8/11/19 and my unload didn’t take place until 8/29/19 and there was never a clear reason given as to why my things couldn’t get here until then. It costed me an extra $500 in storage costs.

Quick turnaround. Worked with dates needed for delivery. Customer service was great. Driver, pack crew, and unload/load crew were all great!

This was our first time using professionals to move. The experience was flawless, the movers were very professional, hardworking and arrived on time. They explained the process of packing and unpacking and they made sure everything was set up and put where we want them. The guys were fantastic! We were very pleased everything was moved from our old to our new home without a scratch. My wife and I really adored Art for his professionalism!!
