Belongings took a month to arrive. Only found out about delivery time hours before. No service over the weekend. Called during regular business hours and was repeatedly routed to voicemail boxes. Person in charge of my shipment went on vacation in the middle of my delivery window, didn't notify me, and didn't pass me off to anyone else on the team. Was told I'd receive communication and never did on multiple occasions.

Did not have responses to calls or emails. Had to follow up multiple times to get an answer. Pick up to drop off window was a month, took 26 days from the time pick up to the time it got to my new place.

This is in regards to my recent move from MD to PA for employment through Merck. My move id # 388486. I had particular problems with my driver Victor. He was trying to do a rush job. First, I was given a delivery time of 9-10 am and he reached at 12:30 pm. I had driven 3:30 hours to make it in time for the delivery at my new apartment, only to be left waiting for 2:30 hours.
