Larry, Matt and the team were our life savers. We moved over the winter holidays and they made sure we were moved from the West coast to the East coast in time for Christmas. New York Feedback: 1) Late Arrival. They were supposed to arrive at 9Am (from your email) and they arrived 11AM (claiming they did not find a spot to park). 2) Not organized at all. The idea was to pack on the 26th and load on the 27th (from your email). 3) They found out at 2PM that they ran out of boxes. So Eric Zarco suggested to start loading at 2.30PM because they did not have more boxes. They were running because they were allowed to use the elevator until 5PM. 4) At the end of the day, around 5PM, they were down load... read more

Terrible experience with this company. Packing contractors they used were horrible - missing hardware, lots of broken items - specific packing asks and requests not honored. Ended up with huge dry cleaning bills because packers balled up clothing items and just threw into a box versus hanging in garment box. Also are missing pieces and hardware to tv stands and other items. Crating contractors on unpacking end of move showed up high and stinking of marijuana to our home to hook up washer/dryer and other items. One guy d... read more

Worst experience of my life. A VIP move was what was paid for, but what was received was not even close. All furniture damaged and over 100 items missing. No communication or sense of urgency to fix or to find. I would never use again and should not be allowed to provide international or domestic services.

It was an absolutely terrible experience. The movers showed up 6 hours after the window, left my goods unwatched and open in the moving truck while there goods were locked in the front of the vehicle. Went missing for 45 mins at a time during the move ( only 2 movers stayed and assisted during the process) 6 photos were broken as well a mirror, cooler and luggage full of clothes was never delivered. Also, my vacuum was broken upon delivery
