Neptune Review Lived here for 4 years, as far as renting experiences go it is better than most. Good location, responsive staff.
Comfortable Place to Live I like living at Neptune Apartments. The basic necessities are here, but the attention to detail lacks.
Older building everything else great All my maintanence requests have been served same-day. Leasing staff is helpful and responsive. Proximity to the lake, transit and Seattle neighborhoods has been great.
Neptune Apartment Seattle I have been living in a Neptune apartment for almost a year. What I like the most is the location and the building, is quite amazing and comfortable. It also has good vibes.
Review after 2 years of stay Mostly its OK. Apartments feel a bit old, could use some renovation. Less options for wooden floor.
Neptune Review The amenities are not as good as other apartments in the communities. The hallways require an upgrade etc. The leasing staff is not as friendly.
Big apartments, great location, no amenities Apartment size, lake view and location is great. But apartment lacks amenities that the competition provides like swimming pool, table tennis, etc. The gym does not even have a squat rack.
Convenient location with great value in older complex Pros: * Excellent rooftop view * Responsive maintenance * Friendly residents Cons: * Older complex and technology (not a big con tbh, its subjective)
Affordable Place in the Heart of SLU I have lived here for almost 2 years and I love almost everything about this place. The connectivity to public transport, proximity to grocery stores, gyms and restaurants and how close it is to the Lake Union Park. I don't think anyone would find an affordable home anywhere else in SLU. The staff is very friendly and maintenance requests are addressed rapidly. Great amenities and overall a good vibe all across the apartments.
