Affordable Place in the Heart of SLU I have lived here for almost 2 years and I love almost everything about this place. The connectivity to public transport, proximity to grocery stores, gyms and restaurants and how close it is to the Lake Union Park. I don't think anyone would find an affordable home anywhere else in SLU. The staff is very friendly and maintenance requests are addressed rapidly. Great amenities and overall a good vibe all across the apartments.

Good Location and people Rooftop view is good.
Decent but noisy Lived here for about 2 years. Incredibly noisy neighbors w/ booming bass, and an alarm panel somewhere in the building that never shuts off. Other than that, decent building. Maintenance and staff are excellent. Appliances are a bit older. Gym is acceptable, but other amenities aren't all that useful.

Great location and staff I have been here for 6 years now. The location is spot on, staff is very friendly, the building is a bit old but everything works. The elevator on the back side is pretty slow and can be upgraded.
