community review Pleasant staff and decent storage spaces. Entrance with Open Kitchen is a bad idea. V poor quality carpets and bad idea to put carpets at entrance. Security in parking lot is a concern as also in L1 Extremely highly priced apartments and parking for services/ maintenance and quality. People are careless about shutting off the burners on roof BBQ. I have personally gone to close the knob when smelled gas during mid night. Great Apartment Best value apartment
general review Thanks for the maintaining the building. It would be helpful to have added security feature given the lag in parking door closure and L1 front entrance. Its v v poor design thought to have carpets right from the entrance of an apartment. Carpets should always start from after coat and shoe closet to avoid and reduce carpet soiling and spoiling.

Great apartment Feel happy to be here except the area is very expensive overall, so is Neptune apartments.
Great apartments at great prices I really really like the apartment complex, the only thing I have against it is the callbox system which is worse than every other building nearby. Everywhere else, once the call goes through, people are able to let people in through the lift to the correct floor, here the residents need to go down to let people in.
