From check in to leaving it was very professional in a caring manner.
I have been very impressed with everyone at this practice. The receptionist very polite and efficient. Most of my contact has been with Dr Shayaa’s PA Jennifer Eng and she is fabulous. Very happy to have found this practice.

Dr Shayya was able to see me promptly, with minimum wait time. He and his Medical Assistant were thorough and professional. I strongly recommend Dr Shayaa.
Dr. Shayya explains thinks so that you understand exactly what's going on. Everyone I interacted with were very excellent!
From the minute we walked in the door we found this office to be professional, pleasant and efficient. The PA, Vivian, was knowledgeable, personable and down to earth in a way that we could understand my situation through the examples she gave. I would highly recommend this office!

Nice! Every person here was nice and treated me with respect. It has been so long since I have received this kind of treatment at a doctors office from front end staff to back end staff. Dr. Shayya was wonderful, I was listened to and felt like I was with the right doctor for my issue. It’s great to know that people can still have a quality practice and be nice.
I can't leave a review for Dr. Shayya as he saw me for about one minute, after my visit with the PA. However, I had a very positive visit with his PA, Vivian. She was very thorough and explained everything to me. I would have given a higher star rating if Dr Shayya (as neurologist) would have communicated his confirmation of the findings and follow-up treatment plan.
