Dr. Shayya was polite, thorough and listened to my concerns. He presented a diagnosis and a viable treatment plan. He was responsive to my concerns about returning to work and offered assistance with appropriate restrictions. This was my third visit and I remain very impressed and confident that my condition will be resolved. I recommend Dr. Shayya highly.
He asked indepth questions about how I feel when I experience symptoms of seizures
Dr. Shayya is the best. He answers all your questions and gave me a detailed explanation of the test results. The staff were friendly and caring. I have a usual first name and I was amazed the staff learned how to pronounce my name right away and every time I was seen my name was pronounced correctly.
The staff were friendly and courteous. They were accommodating with my many appointments and coordinated them so I didn’t have to drive to the office multiple times. My concussion work up was thorough. Dr. Shayya spent time with me explaining all the results. Dr Shayya and his staff are excellent.
I was referred to Dr Shayya for post TBI. Dr Shayya examined me, ordered an MRI. At the second appointment Vivian, NP oversaw my care. She has been wonderful! She cares, listens, encourages, and has referred me on to another specialist. I couldn't be more satisfied with the care. The entire staff is amazing. I will miss them and am so grateful for their support.
Dr. Shayya listened carefully to my concerns, and his recommendations were reassuring and useful. I left his office feeling much better informed and able to take constructive action.
Dr. Shayya has a Courteous and Professional Staff. PA, Vivian is very knowledgeable and explains everything in an easy to understand manner.
The folks at the front desk were very nice to work with. Vivian is very acknowledgeable and easy to talk to. Dr. Shayya is caring and helped a great deal. All in all, a very professional experience.
