****, ******, and staff (especially *****!) were responsive, dependable and most importantly they made my little dog feel safe too! My only complaint and it has nothing to do with Nevada Water and Fire is the noisy machines to dry out the leak. Good job! Thank you

Overall very happy with the service. Water line to the fridge leaked and after calling a few places and having to leave a messages Nevada Water and fire answered right away and gotten everything taken care of in a timely manner.

Had a major flood in the crawl space due to ***** hot water line rupture. Called ** *************************** and within 2.5 hours there was a crew at the property pumping water out and installing fans. Over the next three weeks, the insulation under the house was removed, all mold remediation was completed, and the interior floor that was water damaged was removed and dried out. I had an independent mold inspection done and the results were perfect. No mold was detected in the crawl space and the interior of the property.... read more

I am extremely pleased with the care, politeness and professionalism of the three gentlemen that set up and walled off the area damage by a water leak affecting my kitchen and dining room. They put tarps down and plastic sheeting to protect my white carpet and oriental rugs. A china hutch had to be moved and they carefully wrapped up my Wedgwood china and crystal ******** and packed it into boxes. We had water issues in the kitchen. Nevada Water and Fire came out in a timely manner and took care of everything. Always concerned about taking care of their mess. I would highly recommend them.

The company was fast and efficient in giving me an estimate to repair the damage that was done. They came quickly, set up equipment so that the kitchen could dry. Make sure everything was in good order. Very easy to work with
