This is the second time Ive had a pipe burst at my house, and the second time Ive called Nevada Water and Fire Restoration. I was very impressed with their process and the results last time so they set a high standard i figured only they would be able to live up to.******************* has been really great to work with. Nevada Water and Fire Restoration came the same day as the plumber was finishing up the pipe repair. ***** inspected the water damage and set up a crew to come and begin the drying and repair work. ***** was very friendly, helpful and professional. **** and his crew arrived a day later did the water clean up and installed the fans for drying. Nevada Water and Fire Restoration responded the same day regarding my water leak. They did a thorough job of inspecting and assessing the damage. They were back the next day to begin the process of demo and drying out the affected areas. Did a great cleanup, making sure that dust and debris were contained. Am now waiting for an inspector to come before getting the go ahead to begin reconstruction work. At every stage I was kept in the loop as to what was being done and all my questions were answered. Im sure the pros at Nevada Water and Fire are used to responding to calls on an emergency basis and it meant the world to me. ***** made what was a high-anxiety event easier to deal with. All the *** staff were courteous and professional. Many thanks for a job well done.
