Professional, courteous and personable employees. Our first contact on discovering a flooded rental was with the business owner who personally answered the phone and assured us they could be out within an hour and a half. They were. Since I do not use Facebook or Google I chose to leave a my review with BBB. I don't think I have dealt with a more courteous, considerate and ,above all, professional group. Once the crew arrived to deal with water damage caused by a split refrigerator water line, they quickly and efficiently got to work. Follow up for the dehumidification and blowers was done until they were satisfied the remaining walls were mold free. I would not hesitate to have them back when needed.
