This is hands down the best mental health office I've used. It has amazing staff and doctors. Everything from appeals to finding services to making an appointment has been a really easy process. Even the initial paperwork was easy!!!! I would 100% always recommend this office to anyone looking! New Directions has been a Godsend for me. It’s so hard to find mental health providers that are brick and mortar. I wanted to find a provider that I could see in the office for my first appointment. I now use video calling for ongoing appointments. I’m very happy with them. Dr. Merek has been so helpful coordinating my medications. He really listens.
