New Directions has been a Godsend for me. It’s so hard to find mental health providers that are brick and mortar. I wanted to find a provider that I could see in the office for my first appointment. I now use video calling for ongoing appointments. I’m very happy with them. Dr. Merek has been so helpful coordinating my medications. He really listens.
