Donette is great. She really listens to what you are describing when your trying to explain your symptoms. And she explains everything in detail, which really helps when going through the mental health process.

Awful experience with New Directions Mental Health. Aside from our therapist being in my opinion, based on three sessions, completely out of her expertise and too young to handle the family therapy dynamics … For over four months, I made repeated attempts to resolve a billing issue that was due to their incompetency and received no response—only past due statements. I have been a patient at New Directions on VIP Drive for about 7 years. My therapist Angie, psychiatrist Dr. Marek, and med secretary Antonella, have always been helpful. Antonella has especially been one of the most supportive people there. She remembers me by name and makes sure I feel confident in my services. I get excited to talk to her when she is working because she is so friendly, and I can trust that she will help me. I recommend going here for any type of service you need!
