I arrived sedated due to my anxiety and claustrophobia. The attendant at the desk was calm & kind, I thought I was ok until I saw the machine & began to cry & shake. But before I knew it my technician had me relaxed, blind folded in clear blue water on vacation. I didn’t even feel the contrast injection. I’m very claustrophobic and it helped a great deal. I’m sorry but I have forgotten the tech’s name but he put me at ease. I am sorry that you might be relocating.

Appointment was on time. The waiting area is very comfortable. I was greeted promptly by Ben who also performed the MRI. He was awesome. Made me feel very comfortable since I don’t like MRI’s in general. He made it a very tolerable experience. I highly recommend the West Lebanon location.

I’ve had a number of MRIs at both locations . It’s a great experience every time I’ve been . Staff are very friendly and helpful . I really like the Lebanon location. The office is like walking into a beautiful house . And Ben is a great guy always enjoy talking with him . He definitely knows what he’s talking about

Tech was very helpful and informative. It did seem the equipment was maybe older, quite loud at times, even with headphones and music. Overall a decent experience
