Very well organized and prompt. Open machine is somewhat less claustrophobic.
You made the experience as pleasant as possible.
The experience was fine and I didn't take any meds for my claustrophobia. The open MRI was easy...loud but weatherable as I brought a CD with me which I could just about hear. It only took about 35 minutes. Ben was great and I felt quite comfortable.

Courteous and friendly people to work with! I'd never had an MRI so was startled a bit at first bang but then knew what to expect. The person made me as comfortable as possible and I truly appreciate that kindness
The atmosphere felt more like entering a friend's home rather than a medical facility. Very comfortable, welcoming and friendly. Ben was top-notch. He took interest in understanding what issue I was having with my hip and made sure I was ok throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have an MRI
